Our Mission To locate and collect any material which may help to establish or illustrate the history of the Pine Island MN area; to disseminate historical information to interested persons, groups and institutions; and to accomplish these goals through the establishment of clearly defined collection, conservation and interpretation policies. Pine Island Murals The mural on the left was painted in 1992 and was removed when the 301 Apartments were built on Main Street in 2018. The mural on the right was painted in 2026 at Waletzko Park (behind Island Market)
